RHD, allows our team of consultants to access and
work on any computer, server, or laptop as if we were sitting there
right in front of it, saving time, money, and the expense of service
calls. No need to lug your computer equipment down to a service
center. In most cases, we'll be able to diagnose, troubleshoot and
repair most software issues, and diagnose hardware problems. You can watch as we train or instruct
you, answering your questions in real time.

The RHD FAQ (frequently asked questions)
Q. What is required in order to use a RHD
session?
The only requirement is that your computer
be for the most part up and running with an Internet connection;
even if you can access your PC in safe mode.
Q. Do I need to be in front of my computer?
Yes. You'll need to accept a remote call
session in order to initialize it, then if needed, you can walk
away until we disconnect.
Q. Do I need any special software?
No. We'll instruct you how to use it. Once
the session is terminated, nothing is left behind on your PC, and
it can never be used again until you manually start and authorize
a new session from GRA. Basically, you send out an electronic call
to our systems, we answer, and you'll need to then authorize a
session.
Q. Is it safe?
Absolutely. During the session our
communications are encrypted with up to a 128 bit encryption. No
one other than GRA and yourself can see the session. After the
session, the connection is permanently severed, leaving nothing
behind on your PC, and it can not be used again unless you
authorize, start, and run a new session manually. Because its
temporary only for the duration of the session, it can never run
accidentally, by anyone. Except for the relief that your computer
is fixed, its as if we were never there.
Q. Can I use it for training?
Sure. That's a great way to get direct and
immediate instruction on only the computer technology you're
concerned with. Instant answers for the questions you need, in
real time.
Q. What are the costs, and how do I pay?
RHD's are charged a small minimum session fee
(only $20.00), thereafter its only one dollar per minute.* So for
example a 20 minute session would only be $40.00. Contrast that
with OnSite service rates (costing from $99.00 to $129.00 per
hour), or the inconvenience of disconnecting, delivering, and
leaving your computer for service. Most issues are resolved in
less than 30 minutes. For our Gold level clients, you will be
billed at your normal terms; for all others a credit card will
